Well, I definitely did not spend two hours in Dodge’s empty third floor cafe space listening to Tehillim and picking at a little plastic box of grapes and cheese while gradually diminishing a cup of peach oolong tea. The blank hum of coffee apparatus and bar coolers is the perfect white noise substitute.

Update: I’ve relocated to the music library! This is my jam! my cave! Butler is grand and inspiring, Avery is contemplative, lounges are casual, the science buildings are bright and minimal, but this? Surrounded by clean music scores, recordings, study cubes, CD players, and a seventh floor view of Low steps? I’m in love.
